A unique selection of tenants, the largest F&B and entertainment zone in Poland and innovatively designed interiors make Galeria Młociny a unique destination on the retail map of Warsaw. This multifunctional building located in the Bielany district of Warsaw, near a transportation hub that handles 24 million passengers a year, offers about 81,000 sqm of retail and office space with more than 200 shops and 50 cafes.
It is also the debut destination for many fashion brands and gastronomy concepts on the Polish market. Tenants of Galeria Młociny include the first Primark store in Poland, brands from the Inditex group (Zara, Zara Home, Oysho, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Pull&Bear), H&M, VAN GRAAF,
TK Maxx, C&A, CCC, MediaMarkt or RTV EURO AGD. Also brands such as Modivo, Gagliardi, sloggi and Mayoral opened their first stores here. Galeria Młociny also hosted the debut of gastronomy concepts hitherto absent from shopping centres, such as Buena Vista Social Food.
Galeria Młociny is distinguished by innovative approach to the design of meeting, entertainment and F&B areas. The restaurant and entertainment space, which occupies the entire +2 level and is connected with a green roof garden, has been divided into various functional zones, including Hala Hutnik. The diverse culinary offerings of Middle Eastern, American and Italian cuisines, among others, meet there with unique entertainment: shuffleboard, Pac-Man, flippers or basketball machines. The design of Hala Hutnik is inspired by the nearby steel mill, and industrial accents have been used when arranging it, alluding to the mill’s history.
Galeria Młociny offers many cinema rooms equipped with VIP seats, a two-level Zdrofit fitness club, a bowling alley, a medical centre and children’s play areas.
Its investors are EPP (70% stake) and Echo Investment (30% stake).
